Here’s everything you need to know about our animal rentals! We’ve included our policies and guidelines to ensure a safe, smooth, and enjoyable experience for everyone involved—especially our animals 💛

Our goal is to create a fun, relaxed, and memorable experience while keeping safety and animal care a top priority.

Animal safety comes first. Sessions may be paused or ended at any time if an animal shows stress or discomfort.

Handler Control
~A handler must be present at all times. Clients must follow all instructions. No feeding or handling without permission.

Client Responsibility
~The client assumes full responsibility for all participants and agrees to cover any damages or injuries caused by failure to follow guidelines.
~Client is responsible for pick up and return of animals.

Safety Rules

No loud noises or sudden movements
~Children must be supervised
~Follow all handler directions
~no outside pets allowed near animals

Environment
Unsafe conditions or extreme weather may result in rescheduling.

Payment & Cancellation
~No refunds once completed
~must give a 72 reschedule time if needed
~Payment due in full at booking

Once booking is complete you will receive a text message with pick up details so be sure to enter your correct number and the address of the event location.

Agreement
Booking confirms acceptance of all terms and full responsibility for participants.
